Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, if the goods are not faulty.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 5 days.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

(1) In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty
(2) In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty
(3) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
(4) The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier
